At Northmeade we produce high quality embossing tools and hot foiling tools for the print finishing industry. We supply tooling to a some of the largest manufacturers in the UK and overseas, using state of the art software to create tooling which is then hand finished to ensure that each piece passes our rigorous quality checks. We have over fifteen years experience in intaglio engraving using both hand engraving and CNC technology.

The finished embossed product is how the customer defines quality, a strong emboss, without bursting. We achieve this by using a set 'formula' to define the profile. This prevents too much depth over a small surface area and therefore stops the board from cracking. Surface finish is also a major factor in the customers perception of quality. We tailor each product to our customers individual requirements, including depth, shape, surface finish, detail, and background clearance.
